Customer service and customer's need are Tor's top priority. His background spans everything from tax auditing, international auctioneering to health insurance. A native of Sweden , he has a natural interest in health benefits and is particularly keen on preventative steps to avoid disease in the first place. After having spent over 30 years as an international auctioneer both in Europe and in the U.S., a high-demand customer service industry, Tor has become our rising star. Tor writes Group, Individual and Supplemental Benefits as well as Life.

Tor's philosophy that nobody should be without health insurance coverage is driven by his sense of fairness. His goal is to provide our customers with the widest choices of benefits available and to make sure that the benefits are maximized for the dollar amount spent. “Most bang for the buck” is one of his favorite expressions. It sounds even funnier with his accent.

Tor heads up our Concord office and spend what little spare time he allows himself with his family and Jack Russell Terrier. His interests include stamp collecting, collecting porcelain figurines, soccer and supporting Concord High School 's Crew team.
